About the Role

We're seeking a curious, entrepreneurial, data-driven Senior Product Manager to own and optimize our Customer Support/Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experiences. In this role, you will define and drive the roadmap to build internal products and tools that heavily leverage AI agents to automate operations and business processes.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will partner closely with the Support Organization, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver transformative, AI-driven solutions that reduce manual overhead and provide a seamless experience for clients and providers.

What you'll do
  • AI-Driven Automation: Lead the discovery and execution of internal tools and products that utilize AI agents to automate complex health insurance RCM and Support workflows.
  • Support & Operations Partnership: Work closely with the Support and Revenue Operations organization to identify operational bottlenecks and build product solutions Voice of the User: Conduct high-impact research to capture how internal teams and external users interact with RCM processes, ensuring product solutions meet real-world needs, with a specific focus on enhancement and integration of AI technologies.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Craft a clear roadmap for features that deliver against the product vision while driving measurable business impact across customer care and RCM.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering to provide visibility into the development process and ship high-quality, consistent experiences.


What does success look like?
  • Workflow Transformation: Achieve over 80% automation in customer care and RCM processes by replacing manual steps with AI-agent-driven internal tools.
  • Deep Domain Expertise: Deepen understanding of health insurance RCM processes, including billing, posting, and accounts receivables, to define and drive the best solutions for our customers.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate domain knowledge into a compelling strategy that integrates AI innovation with core Support and RevOps needs.
  • Delivery & Agility: Consistently launch high-priority AI features within set timelines, ensuring iterative development and successful outcomes.


Who You Are
  • 7+ years of product management experience within fast-growing teams.
  • 5+ years of deep experience with Health Insurance Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including billing, posting, and accounts receivables.
  • Proven experience or deep understanding of building products that leverage AI agents or Generative AI to automate business processes.
  • Strong history of working closely with Support or Revenue Operations teams to build internal tooling.
  • A self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to leverage technology for operational excellence.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical AI solutions and RCM problems to diverse stakeholders.


Our Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $160,000 -$190,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, and past performance.
