Responsibilities
Drive the product development and deployment lifecycle to enhance the efficiency of the product feed stream, driving traffic to the platform and improving user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content recommendations within search by improving recommendation strategies, algorithms and guidance methods, ensuring users find relevant and valuable content. Gain insights into user behaviors and needs through in-depth research and analysis of user browsing, consumption and interaction data, to understand user segmentation and differentiation, and formulate strategies to optimize the user experience. Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to develop go-to-market strategies, roadmaps and models to meet business objectives. Define data metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies dynamically to optimize products. Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams, communicating complex technical and non-technical information to ensure streamlined product development. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics (any), Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment; Processing and analyzing large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for product roadmap and strategy; Using Product Management tools, including JIRA and MS Office, to write detailed technical product requirement and user stories; Performing data analysis, including using SQL or Python to analyze product and business performance; Designing and executing multi-stage Go-To-Market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit; and Using User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) design principles and wireframing tools, including Sketch, Figma, or InVision. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $235373 - $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
