SUMMARY
This Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and delivery of PrecisionLender's Data Platforms, including the ingestion, processing, and storage capabilities that power Data Studio, Data Explorer, Data Library, BI platforms, and Andi/Q2 Assistant. The role will lead the migration from ADLS to Snowflake, reduce technical debt, establish scalable and reliable data foundations, and enable new capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Insights & Analytics, and the Q2 Assistant team, this PM will ensure data is clean, normalized, and trustworthy-creating the foundation required to scale client-facing analytics and AI capabilities while managing the transition of legacy reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Q2 data platform solutions, from ingestion and processing through downstream consumption.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and product strategies aligned with customer and business needs.
• Partner with Engineering to prioritize initiatives, lead platform modernization, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Establish requirements for data quality and reliability supporting analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to drive successful outcomes.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to customers, executives, and key stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated software product management experience, including strategy and delivery ownership for data, platform, or infrastructure products.
• Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, ETL/transformation, storage, and data quality/governance.
• Experience with platform modernization or cloud data warehouse migrations; Snowflake preferred.
• Technical fluency to effectively partner with Engineering on data architecture, reliability, and scalability.
• Experience ensuring analytics, reporting, or AI products are built on reliable data foundations.
• Financial services, commercial banking, or regulated B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with user analytics and AI tools in product workflows is a plus.
