AI-Native Product Practice

  • Designs and maintains context infrastructure, including system prompts, documentation frameworks, and project-level resources that make AI consistently useful across the team's work.
  • Embeds governed autonomy into AI workflows, designing compliance guardrails related to fair lending, regulatory requirements, explainability, and data privacy structurally into the work rather than as end-of-process review.
  • Compresses product cycle time deliberately, optimizing for learning speed and throughput and treating every product artifact as a candidate for iteration and improvement.
