Working with Engineering, Operations, Agencies, and Finance, you9ll own the foundation, operational workflows, integrations, and the automation that sits on top of them. Your users aren9t abstractions - you9ll sit with the agency owners, producers, and service teams who work in this product every day.
The best person for this role takes an ambiguous, unowned problem area and drives it to shipped with minimal hand-holding. You prioritize hard, and you9re technical enough to earn engineering9s trust without prescribing the solution. It9s early, so you9ll help define the product function as much as the product.
What You9ll Do- Own problems end to end - from framing the problem to a shipped, measured outcome
- Set direction and prioritize hard when everything feels urgent
- Work directly with agency owners, producers, and operators to find the problems worth solving
- Partner with engineering on the systems that power the platform: data foundation, operational workflows, integrations, and automation
- Drive acquisition integration workstreams - data migrations, reporting standardization, and operational tooling
- Make the platform agent-ready: instrument every step so automation can safely act on data it can trust
Requirements- 6+ years in product, with a track record of owning products end to end - discovery through launch and iteration
- Measurable impact you can point to and explain
- Experience working directly with users to understand their problems, and with complex systems to solve them
- Strong product instincts and the judgment to prioritize ruthlessly
- Technical fluency: comfortable reasoning about data models, workflows, and system design alongside engineers - without prescribing the implementation
- Genuine appetite for ambiguity - this is an early-stage role where you9ll define the layer as you build it
Nice to have - any of these is a plus, none required:
- Insurance, fintech, or another operationally complex, regulated industry
- Hands-on with AI and agentic systems, including lightweight prototyping (4vibe coding4) to pressure-test ideas
- Data platforms, BI tools, or data warehouses
- Financial systems, accounting, commissions, or revenue operations
- Leading data migrations, system implementations, or acquisition integrations
- Working directly with founders and executives
