Full Job Description
The role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Platform capabilities in two key areas:

Implementations: the systems, tooling, and workflows that take a firm from signed contract to fully live on Aiwyn. Implementation is where trust is won or lost. Every new firm arrives with years of data in legacy systems, its own way of operating, and a limited tolerance for disruption. Today, much of that work depends on engineers and manual steps. Your job is to turn it into a product: faster go-lives, fewer escalations, and a setup experience that scales as we grow.

Beyond implementations, you'll bring product ownership to the rest of the Platform group: the build and cloud infrastructure everything runs on, and the productivity tooling that raises the leverage of every team at Aiwyn.

This is a high-leverage, high impact role that is critical to our success as we scale rapidly. You'll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams. Your work will touch virtually every part of the product, and every customer we serve.

What You'll Do
  • Own the implementation roadmap. Find the steps that consume the most time and create the most risk, and systematically remove them from the critical path.
  • Turn manual work into product. Replace engineer-dependent setup with self-serve configuration, data migration and mapping tooling, and admin controls our teams and customers can run themselves.
  • Go deep with Implementation Managers and firms. Ride along on real go-lives. Understand where migrations stall, where mapping breaks down, and where expectations diverge from reality.
  • Own the platform areas outside integrations. Bring product thinking to Infrastructure and Productivity: reliability, developer experience, and the internal tooling that compounds across engineering, product, and operations.
  • Define what good looks like. Establish the metrics for implementation health (time to go-live, escalation volume, manual touchpoints) and hold the roadmap accountable to them.
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute. Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ship, and with Services, CS, and sales to bring changes to market.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:
  • 5-to-8 years of product management experience
  • Excellent product roadmapping: you can figure out which problems are worth solving, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate your thinking with clarity
  • Strong product lifecycle instincts: you go deep on customer problems and create solutions that actually fit
  • Execution chops: you know how to ship software, keep teams aligned, and course-correct when things go sideways
  • An incredible trajectory: you're becoming a domain expert in everything you touch, and you bring clarity and energy to every room you're in

Nice-to-haves (not required):
  • Experience with implementation, onboarding, or professional services tooling
  • Experience with data migration or complex customer configuration
  • Experience owning infrastructure, developer tooling, or other technical product areas
  • Startup experience, you're comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace

Why Work at Aiwyn?

  • AI-by-Default - you'll have access to best-in-class AI tools and work in an environment that embraces an AI-by-default mindset, where curiosity and experimentation are part of how we operate
  • Remote-first organization
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Stock options
  • 401(k) matching
  • Adventure Travel Stipend on each anniversary of your employment with Aiwyn

Our Values:
  • Relentless by Design
  • Owners not Renters
  • Trust at the Core
