Your New Role...

The Sr Product Manager will lead development and optimization of our payment checkout experience, including refining existing payment flows and capabilities, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion. A successful candidate in this role will have deep understanding of global payment systems, checkout experiences, transaction performance, and subscription commerce, with the ability to develop a strategic roadmap that improves customer acquisition and supports future business needs. They will also have a passion for delivering a seamless, high-converting customer experience. As a product manager in the organization, a successful candidate will inspire and build a culture of collaboration, product excellence, experimentation, and high performance.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Optimize payment checkout performance across platforms and regions, ensuring localized payment experiences and seamless transaction flows that maximize successful signups and reduce customer friction.


  • Partner with payment providers, wallet partners, and platform stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-converting customer payment experiences.


  • Design and deliver new checkout and payment capabilities to support evolving subscription products, payment methods, and global commerce initiatives.


  • Collaborate with partner product teams, marketing, analytics, engineering, and customer support teams to identify conversion opportunities, gather customer feedback, and develop and communicate roadmap priorities to leadership and stakeholders.


  • Define and measure KPIs for checkout and payment performance, ensuring appropriate instrumentation, funnel reporting, and analytics capabilities are in place to monitor conversion, transaction success, and customer behavior.


Qualifications & Experience...

  • 6+ years product management experience.


  • 3+ years experience in commerce / payment system products.


  • Experience launching and developing products and features for a global audience.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the business.


  • Demonstrate strong ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and customer empathy.


  • Experience developing consumer facing experiences across multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, connected TV).


  • Experience working with and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders and business teams.


  • Experience driving clarity in ambiguous situations and drive forward progress.
