WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Senior Product Manager for Nike's Activity Apps, you will define and deliver product experiences across NRC (Nike Run Club) and NTC (Nike Training Club) that help athletes start moving, train with confidence, stay consistent, connect with community, and celebrate progress. You will help shape how Nike delivers coaching, guidance, motivation, and personalized activity experiences to athletes around the world.

Product Roadmap & Strategic Leadership
  • You will own and drive the product roadmap for NRC and NTC experiences in close partnership with design, engineering, data science, marketing, content, sport experts, and business stakeholders-translating athlete needs and business priorities into product strategy, quarterly priorities, measurable outcomes, and delivery plans.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve how athletes discover workouts and runs, follow training plans, receive coaching guidance, track activity, build habits, participate in challenges, and celebrate achievements.
  • You will lead stakeholder engagement-providing regular updates to senior product and business partners, gathering requirements and feedback, clarifying trade-offs, and ensuring product decisions balance athlete value, brand impact, business outcomes, technical feasibility, and operational readiness.

Product Discovery & Delivery Leadership
  • You will lead product discovery and definition within your squad and across related teams-clarifying athlete journeys, documenting requirements, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing backlog items, and representing the product area in cross-functional planning forums.
  • You will shape experiences that connect coaching, training plans, guided runs, workouts, activity tracking, wearable integrations, personalized recommendations, achievements, and community challenges into simple, motivating journeys for athletes at every level.
