Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Senior Product Manager - New Service Parts (NSP) is responsible for developing, launching, and managing new product lines within the North American aftermarket, with a strategic focus on expanding TERREPOWER's Service Parts portfolio. This role drives category growth, revenue expansion, and competitive positioning by identifying market opportunities, executing product strategy, and partnering cross-functionally with Sourcing, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong industry insight, analytical rigor, and technical curiosity to build high-value product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and TERREPOWER's long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product line strategies that outperform market benchmarks
- Build product roadmaps informed by industry trends, emerging OEM technologies, market intelligence, and customer insights
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities-including accessories and complementary parts-across turbos, BEV/hybrid auxiliary systems, commercial vehicles, and collision
- Lead new products through the NPI process, assessing market feasibility, demand, competitive landscape, and optimal aftermarket entry timing
- Drive sample procurement, support R&D technical validation, and ensure on-time execution of launch milestones
- Create clear, data-driven business cases for new products, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
- Deliver forecast accuracy through disciplined demand modeling and analysis
- Conduct competitive and financial analysis, including pricing, product gaps, margin opportunities, and profitability
- Partner with Commercial teams to develop customer-specific solutions and capture new business
- Support strategic sourcing and supply-chain resilience initiatives, including diversification outside mainland China
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management within automotive aftermarket, remanufacturing, or related technical industries.
- Demonstrated success launching and managing product lines with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and competitive analysis skills.
- Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, quality, and commercial teams.
- Experience in powertrain, turbocharger systems, BEV/hybrid components, or heavy-duty/commercial parts.
- Knowledge of aftermarket data suppliers and competitive intelligence tools.
- Background supporting NPI (New Product Introduction), NPL (New Product Launch), or structured product-launch processes.
- Experience with supplier diversification and global sourcing strategies.
