Responsibilities
Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven products, services, or features by understanding the needs of product users. Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership. Analyze complex technologies and use cases to produce meaningful technical insights that drive product development and influence the product development roadmap. Manage the planning, design and development of methodologies, tools and systems for data collection and data analysis ensuring metrics and reports are targeted towards continuous product innovation, improvement, and optimization. Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. algorithm engineers, e-commerce product teams, or ecommerce operations) to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting user research, competitor analysis, or market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys, to validate and analyze customers' and users' needs; Designing A/B tests to run experiments and designing business value metrics to track feature performance; Product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, RoI estimate, and revenue generation; Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders, including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $228000 - $396000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
