Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager - Merchant Lifecyle to own critical customer experiences that help merchants successfully onboard and manage their sales from acceptance to payout to help software platforms, adopt, engage with, and grow on our platform. You'll play a key role in defining product strategy, solving complex customer challenges, and building innovative solutions that create meaningful business impact. This is an opportunity to help shape a new product domain while working alongside talented leaders in product, engineering, design, and operations.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for the customer lifecycle experience.
  • Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention outcomes.

What you'll bring

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $157,800.00-$238,275.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale. This position is eligible for bonus.
