Full Job Description
The role

As we continue to scale the delivery of care to Maple members, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Maple's provider experience and the product work that supports our Clinical and Customer Support Operations teams.

In this role, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for this portfolio and lead it from discovery through launch and iteration. You'll get close to complex provider and operational workflows, use data, research and AI to make ideas tangible faster, and partner with your squad, providers, and clinical operation leaders to turn the most valuable problems into simple, scalable product experiences, including spotting where AI can create meaningful value for providers, patients, and our operational teams.

Your responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager, you will:
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for provider experience and clinical operations, with a focus on better care delivery and more effective, scalable operations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of providers and internal operational teams through research, data, workflow observation, and close partnership.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration, using data, feedback, and business context to make sure the squad is solving the right problems and delivering real value.
  • Bring a builder mentality to the work: get close to the details, use AI and other tools to make ideas tangible, and help the squad move quickly from a problem to a testable solution.
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, technical, and regulatory needs into clear product direction and scalable workflows.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to shape solutions, make thoughtful trade-offs, and deliver simple, high-quality experiences.
  • Identify and validate where AI can meaningfully improve provider or clinical workflows, balancing user value, safety, feasibility, and business impact.
  • Create alignment across Clinical, Clinical, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Data, and other partners, surfacing risks, dependencies, and changes early.

What success looks like

In your first 90 days, you'll build a strong understanding of Maple's provider experience, clinical operations, current roadmap, technology, and key metrics. You'll build trusted relationships with your squad, providers, clinical operation leaders, and other key stakeholders, take ownership of in-flight work, clarify the biggest opportunities and risks, and align the group on the following quarter's priorities.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll deliver measurable improvements to the provider experience and the effectiveness of clinical operations. You'll set a clear product strategy and roadmap, lead several complex initiatives through launch and iteration, help the squad move faster from problem to working version, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that create real value. Success will show up in the portfolio's most important outcomes, strong execution, and trusted cross-functional relationships.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a software environment.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional product squad and taking products or meaningful features from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, problem-solving, and product judgment, paired with the ability to execute.
  • The ability to use data, research, and customer insight to define outcomes and make product decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create alignment across different teams.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, complex workflows, and competing priorities.
  • A builder mentality and a keen interest in AI. You're comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on problem-solving, experimenting with AI directly, and using good judgment about where it can create value.
  • A collaborative, resilient, and low-ego approach, with the ability to influence without relying on authority.
  • Bonus points for experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, provider or operational products, complex platforms or integrations, or building and launching AI-enabled products.

Play to your strengths. Finding the right fit goes both ways, so this section is yours to complete. When you join, you'll add the unique strengths you bring that aren't captured above.
