This Senior Product Manager owns product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and commercial enablement for both the InterQual Medical Review Service integrated user application and InterQual Connect - the underlying platform that serves InterQual Exchange, AutoReview, InterQual Customize, and InterQual Auth Accelerator products.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Be accountable for prioritization decisions and rationalizations to internal and external stakeholders at multiple org levels
  • Demand arbitration. Own the intake decision on roadmap requests from partner product teams (InterQual Exchange, AutoReview, Customize, and Auth Accelerator) as well as from Sales, Customers, and downstream service organizations. Set the definition-of-ready those teams meet before platform work is scheduled and maintain a prioritization rationale that leadership and partner teams can act on

Own launch readiness with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Experience. Produce sales enablement materials and facilitate webinars and field briefings. Support Pre-sales on deal-level and RFP support as needed
  • Market and customer insight. Conduct structured customer and partner listening to inform strategy, and act as senior subject matter expert in customer, partner, and field-enablement engagements

  • Experience producing a release schedule and bottoms-up plan showing a release cadence for a multi-tenant SaaS or platform product
  • Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, with HL7 FHIR required; SMART on FHIR, C-CDA, and HL7 v2
  • Track record of establishing intake and triage mechanisms for a high-demand product or platform
  • Proven ability to prioritize credibly across competing initiatives and communicate the rationale to executive, engineering, and commercial audiences
