Summary:

Clio is transforming client intake, marketing, and growth strategies for law firms with Clio Grow. Our vision for Clio Grow is to become the best CRM platform for Legal. We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to join our Clio Grow team and help shape the future of how law firms attract, retain, and engage clients.

Attracting new and returning clients is essential to running a successful law practice. As a Senior Product Manager for Clio Grow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap, with a focus on enhancing Clio Grow's client intake (e.g. screening leads, booking consultations, etc. You will lead the development of AI tools that empower law firms to capture leads, screen them for firm fit and book them for consultations. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to driving measurable impact for law firms of all sizes.

Your proven product management skills will be critical to shaping the trajectory of new products and features, as well as driving integrations with external products and partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the product evolves to meet the needs of legal professionals, maintaining its competitive edge while delivering meaningful value to our customers and their clients.

What You'll Work On
  • Product Leadership: As a Senior Product Manager you will drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area. Working from the overarching strategy set by your Director you will develop a roadmap in conjunction with your peers that moves our business forward and evangelize this throughout the company.
  • Drive AI-Powered Innovation: Use your domain expertise to envision how AI-driven automation can radically simplify how lawyers intake new clients from first outreach to signed agreements.
  • Champion Product-Led Growth: You will lead with intuitive onboarding and automation solutions to make getting started and managing leads "dramatically easier," thereby driving user adoption and business growth.
  • Strategy and Prioritization: You will drive customer and market research, identify opportunities, develop unbiased business cases, and determine priorities that will help Clio best deliver on our mission and against our annual OKRs. You will build conviction in the initiatives that you choose to invest in and be willing to pivot when priorities change or new information comes to light.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ship and launch features end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support


What You Bring
  • Prior Experience in Legal or Legal tech: A background as a practicing lawyer, in a legal operations role or building AI-powered technology solutions is a significant asset. You should have a clear understanding of legal document standards, discovery processes, and litigation workflows.
  • Product Management Acumen: At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment. This includes a proven track record of owning and shipping mission-critical products at scale.
  • Experience with AI-Driven Products: Proven experience building or managing AI-driven products, with a strong understanding of how to leverage machine learning capabilities to solve real user problems.
  • Execution and Ownership: You are an outcomes-obsessed leader with a proven ability to make things happen, owning products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Thinking: You are a visionary who uses both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy, defining requirements and measuring impact. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a strong track record of making decisions under uncertainty.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Keeps the customer at the center of decision-making, delivering high-impact features that users love while bringing curiosity and a willingness to learn what drives their needs.
  • Collaborative, Detail-Oriented: Partners effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clear and aligned with product vision while managing multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Strong Communicator: Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with the humility to seek guidance and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The expected salary range* for this role is $137,500 to $161,800 to $186,100 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
