Full Job Description
The two teams, and what you'd own

  • Design Services owns our interior design experience, from a new customer's style quiz to a booked designer and a finished room, and includes The Expert, our brand serving the interior design trade. Surfaces include onboarding and designer matching, the Studio 3D design tool, product sourcing and recommendations, and AI design assistance. Metrics you'd move: onboarding completion, quiz-to-booking conversion, design-to-purchase attach rate, and designer productivity.
  • Owned & Operated Ecommerce owns how customers discover, customize, and buy across our brands. Surfaces include product listing and detail pages, customization flows, merchandising, and checkout. Metrics you'd move: conversion rate, average order value, cart completion, and repeat purchase.

A real problem you might pick up: reduce drop-off between the style quiz and a customer's first designer session, or lift product-detail-page conversion on a brand's storefront.

What you'll do

  • Own a product surface, its roadmap, and a top-line metric.
  • Decide what is worth building, using customer insight and business data, and what to skip.
  • Drive cross-functional and executive alignment on where we spend time and resources.
  • Partner with design and engineering to turn opportunities into clear product work, trade-offs, and releases.
  • Measure impact and use results to influence strategy and prioritization.
  • Raise the bar for product practice on the team and mentor other PMs.

How we work with AI

AI is central to how Havenly is building, and we're investing heavily in it, well beyond analysis or automating a few tasks.

  • We're building our own internal harness so real engineering work, like error resolution, bug fixes, and feature enhancements, can run around the clock with agents, and we're rethinking how the whole team operates.
  • You use AI deeply in your own workflow.
  • You help shape AI-backed product surfaces: defining what "good enough" looks like in numbers, maintaining the baseline, and reviewing regressions with engineers.
  • You look for where AI unlocks new ways of working across the team.
  • You don't need an AI background, but you should be genuinely excited to work this way, and fluent enough to discuss model, data, and latency tradeoffs and read an offline metric honestly.

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in product management for B2C products, with at least one product area where you owned the roadmap and a top-line metric end to end and can show measurable outcomes.
  • A clear, concise communicator in writing and in person who can drive alignment across functions and with leadership.
  • Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative decision making.
  • You use AI tools in your workflow and can explain where they improve your speed, judgment, or output.

Nice to have

  • Ecommerce or retail experience, or experience with design, marketplace, or workflow platforms.
  • Experience owning an AI-backed product surface.
  • Experience with 3D or visual product tools.

Interview process

An initial phone screen, followed by two to three rounds of interviews with the team to confirm product skills, personal fit, and role alignment.

Additional details

  • Location: based in Denver, CO, with a hybrid schedule at our HQ.
  • Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
  • Benefits: generous PTO, volunteer days off, medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, free design services, furniture discounts, and merchandise credits.
  • We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until the role is filled.
