Job Description:

Senior Product Manager - AclaraOS

What does the Senior Product Manager do?

IMS is hiring a commercially minded Senior Product Manager to lead the growth of AclaraOS, our enterprise SaaS platform for connected marketing operations. The platform connects planning, campaigns, assets, location intelligence, ordering, fulfillment, deployment and performance insight into one operating environment for retail, CPG, beverage alcohol and QSR clients.

This is not a backlog-management role. You'll work directly with the EVP, Technology to turn an ambitious vision into strategy, a commercial model, a prioritized roadmap and a functioning product operation - across customers, delivery, commercial strategy, marketing and enterprise sales.

What's the opportunity?
  • Product strategy and an outcome-led, evidence-backed roadmap
  • The AclaraOS product P&L, plus pricing, packaging and licensing model development with the EVP, Technology, CFO and Finance
  • A direct team of three (Business Analyst, two implementation specialists) and dotted-line leadership across Project Management, Development and QA
  • Customer and market discovery - target markets, ICPs, market sizing, competitor and win/loss analysis
  • Sales enablement: product narratives, competitive insight, and demos you design and personally deliver
  • End-to-end adoption across IMS client-serving teams, measured on adoption, time to value, retention and revenue contribution

The skills and experience you have:
  • Bachelor's degree and proven PM experience with demonstrable outcomes (5+ years if you don't hold a recognized PM qualification)
  • Ownership of a SaaS product or significant product area across strategy, discovery, delivery, launch and improvement
  • Strong commercial judgment - pricing, packaging, financial models, business cases
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority
  • Confidence with senior customers and prospects; strong demo and presentation skills
  • Technical fluency to work credibly with Development and QA on integrations, APIs, data and security
  • Substantial hands-on AI experience with specific examples - what you actually built or evaluated, why AI was the right call (or wasn't), and what it measurably improved
  • US work authorization without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred: enterprise B2B SaaS; retail marketing, CPG, beverage alcohol, QSR or marketing operations; SaaS pricing model development; complex enterprise sales support; new-market launches; AI evaluation or governance.

What we offer:

In addition to a collaborative and innovative work environment and the ability to make a significant company impact, you will receive:
  • Competitive salary
  • Medical, dental, vision coverage, including family-forming benefits and gender-affirming care
  • 401(k) with match
  • Disability Insurance (short term and long term)
  • Generous time off policy
  • Hybrid work policy
  • Robust peer recognition program
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Tuition reimbursement program
  • Access for all employees to Omnicom's Employee Resource Groups: Black Together, Open Pride, Acento, Open Disability, and Omniwomen
  • Commitment to growing and enhancing our organizational culture

The salary range for this position is $145,000- 155,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
