Job Description:Position Summary:We are seeking a Manager, Programmatic, to join our Biddable Media team. The Manager role is expected to demonstrate an advanced understanding of programmatic channels, campaign types, and measurement frameworks. These skills will be applied to drive health and wellness client goals, and lead day-to-day paid social planning, campaign development, optimization, and reporting activities.

The Manager, Programmatic, role is critical to both daily client operations and internal team success. This role helps steer regular campaign management for assigned clients while helping junior team members build the skills necessary to be self-sufficient tactically and in-platform.
Key Responsibilities:The role requires an advanced understanding of push and pull marketing tactics, and robust in-platform experience spanning programmatic platforms and campaign types. These skills will be crucial in supporting the following operations:
- lead landscape, competitor, and trend analyses that are used to inform broader campaign strategies. Help curate essential data to assess market dynamics alongside agency team members, clients, and agency partners.
- help reinforce established in-platform best practices in self-managed campaigns and find "teachable-moments" to train junior on the recommended settings, configurations, and rationale to drive their professional growth.
- apply in-platform experience and real-time data to create & execute recurring campaign optimizations. Consider applicable client use cases for latest tests, betas, and platforms available to Omnicom Media Group to raise with department leaders.
- Stewardship: Lead day-to-day client communications and support senior team members in ad hoc communications and initiatives. Apply first-hand client management experience to provide updates on campaign results and next steps, while broadening your strategic planning and communication skillset.
- Reporting: Lead recurring reporting and data analysis operations for assigned clients. Review data pulls, formulas, and formatted figures for accuracy while developing the formal narrative and insight to share with clients.
Requirements:At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience building, optimizing, and/or reporting on paid ad campaigns across the following platforms:
- The Trade Desk
- Amazon DSP
- Yahoo DSP
Preferred Skills:2+ years of hands-on experience building, optimizing, and/or reporting on pharma-specific ad campaigns across the following platforms:
- DeepIntent, Pulsepoint (DSPs)
- Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama (measurement)
- Crossix, IQVIA, DeepIntent Outcomes, etc. (measurement)
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent
- Advanced understanding of Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, DeepIntent, Pulsepoint, etc.)
- Understanding of Programmatic, Digital Display and traditional media elements and their interconnectedness within a marketing strategy
- Experience leading in-platform campaign building, account setting configuration, and pre-launch QAs
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage large data sets
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated spirit
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability and comfort working with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience preferred

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
