The Government Products team is focused on building industry-changing products in partnership with the U.S. Government, expanding financial access for millions of Americans. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead a team building and launching large-scale, 0-to-1 products that help more Americans access, understand, and participate in the financial system.

Our hallmark product, Trump Accounts, launched to massive success, debuting as the #3 app in the App Store and #1 in Finance. We have an exciting year ahead growing and evolving this product while expanding into new verticals where Robinhood can partner with government stakeholders to deliver simple, trusted, and impactful financial products at national scale.

This is a rare opportunity to drive outsized impact at the intersection of fintech, consumer product, and public-private partnership.

This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week and regular travel to Washington DC.

What you'll do
  • Lead product strategy: Establish and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Government Products, including scaling Trump Accounts and identifying new opportunities to expand Robinhood's impact through government partnerships.
  • Build & launch 0-1 products: Guide a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to take large-scale, trusted consumer financial products from concept to national launch.
  • Drive internal and external collaboration: Work closely with key internal partners across legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, and communications, as well as external partners, to ensure products are built with high quality and integrity.
  • Foster a culture of execution: Navigate ambiguity across product, regulatory, operational, and partnership workstreams, delivering delightful consumer experiences on time with an extremely high quality bar.
  • Iterate through data: Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement through rapid experimentation, customer research, and data analysis.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer fintech product experiences.
  • Product strategy & judgment: Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
  • Collaborative leadership: Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a track record of guiding highly cooperative teams and building alignment.
  • Partner & regulatory experience: Experience working with third-party partners on large-scale projects and collaborating with legal, compliance, operations, policy, or regulated-product partners.
  • Data-driven & mission-aligned: Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making, coupled with excitement about building products that can expand financial access at national scale.
What we offer
  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career
  • Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching
  • Top Tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not
  • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
