We are on the lookout for a
Senior Product Manager! In this role, you won't just be managing requirements, you will be designing and building the operating system for modern 3PL operations and helping set the strategic direction for how we solve it. You will sit in between complex physical operations and modern software.
Salary Range: CAD$120k-$160k base
Location: Hybrid role based at our Downtown (John St) office.
Our Stack & Your WorkflowWe believe great tools enable great products. You should be deeply familiar with (and ideally a power user of):
- AI (daily driver): LLMs, coding agents (e.g. Claude), and assistants for discovery notes, PRDs, competitive teardown, ticket drafts, and pairing with engineers - we expect you to move ~2-3fast because of how you use AI, not despite it
- Linear: High-velocity project and issue tracking
- Figma: Collaborative jams and prototyping, not just reviewing mocks
- Featurebase: Voice-of-customer capture and a transparent, data-driven feedback loop
What You'll Do- Own the Vision: Lead end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a core product area, from discovery through post-launch optimization
- Build AI-native: Use AI throughout the product loop by synthesizing ops feedback, drafting options, stress-testing edge cases, and accelerating delivery with engineering (not waiting on perfect certainty)
- Bridge the Gap: Translate the chaotic reality of logistics into structured, scalable product solutions
- Design-Led Development: Work side-by-side with engineers and designers; co-create the experience instead of throwing tickets over the wall
- Data-Informed Decisions: Define metrics and prioritization frameworks the team uses to make trade-offs
- Operational Excellence: Partner with Ops so software kills real bottlenecks - fewer empty miles, higher throughput, fewer Slack fire drills
Who You Are- The Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with a track record of owning multi-quarter roadmaps or leading initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.
- The 4;Logistics Brain4;: You understand that 10 minutes of idling or a misplaced SKU has a ripple effect. You enjoy the complexity of moving physical things.
- Design Fluency: You have a high bar for UX. You understand the principals of good user experience and the tradeoffs needed to build those experiences.
- The Communicator: You can explain a technical API constraint to an Ops Manager and a business KPI to a Backend Engineer without losing anyone in translation and can translate ambiguous, cross-functional priorities into a clear narrative for executive leadership.
- Mentorship: Coach and provide guidance to other PMs, and help shape product best practices across the org
Plus If You Have...- Direct Experience: A background in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery.
- Design Roots: A previous life (or significant side-hustle) in Product Design or UX Research.
- Technical Depth: The ability to dive into API documentation, or build dashboards to get the insights you need to answer the right questions.
