The Role

We are seeking anexperiencedSeniorProduct Manager toleadthe productstrategy,roadmap,anddelivery executionfor the Global Sales Reportingand Dealer Systemslandscape. This senior role will own the product vision, translate enterprise sales and dealer business needs into actionable product outcomes, and guide cross-functional teams through Agile delivery. The Senior Product Manager will serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, IT, operations, and development teams, ensuring high-quality solutions that improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, data integrity, stakeholder enablement, and business decision-making.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for assigned Global Sales Reporting and Dealer Systems capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomes.

  • Backlog Ownership and Prioritization: Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog that balances business value, technical feasibility, operational risk, data quality, stakeholder needs, and long-term platform health.

  • Feature Definition and Acceptance: Lead the definition of epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures that provide clear direction to development teams and ensure solutions meet customer, operational, and business objectives.

  • Agile Leadership: Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and delivery ceremonies in partnership with development teams, ensuring work is clearly prioritized, properly sequenced, and tied to business outcomes.

  • Release Planning and Quality Assurance: Lead release planning, UAT strategy, test planning, business validation, readiness activities, and post-release monitoring to ensure delivered capabilities meet acceptance criteria and operational expectations.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration across business stakeholders, IT, operations, analytics, data teams, and development partners to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and ensure a holistic approach to product development.

  • Stakeholder and Customer Feedback Integration: Establish feedback loops with end users, stakeholders, and operations teams to identify pain points, validate priorities, improve adoption, and continuously enhance the product experience.

  • Metrics, KPIs, and Value Realization: Define, monitor, and communicate product KPIs, adoption measures, operational performance indicators, and business impact metrics to assess success and guide future investment decisions.

  • Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate product risks, delivery issues, data quality concerns, operational dependencies, and stakeholder impacts before they affect business outcomes.

  • Data Analytics and Decision Support: Apply data analytics, reporting insights, and business intelligence techniques to identify trends, uncover opportunities, support executive-level decision-making, and guide product prioritization.

  • AI, Automation, and Agentic Solution Leadership: Identify and lead opportunities to leverage AI agents, automation, low-code/no-code tools, and emerging technologies to improve sales reporting, operational workflows, product discovery, data quality monitoring, stakeholder enablement, and productivity across the product landscape.

  • Operational Excellence and Process Ownership: Provide senior-level oversight of operational reporting processes, system data maintenance, reconciliations, reporting schedules, data retention practices, and end-user enablement to ensure accurate, timely, secure, and consistent execution.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, data/reporting, IT delivery, or a related role, including 5+ years leading product strategy, roadmap development, or Agile delivery.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related quantitative or systems-oriented field. Will also consider equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile product delivery, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release management, UAT, and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven abilityto align product development with broader business strategies, executive priorities, operational objectives, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong senior-level leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, guide cross-functional teams, resolve ambiguity, and drive accountability across business and technical partners.

  • Generalunderstanding of sales reporting, operational processes, customer and stakeholder needs, and the role of data-driven products in enabling business performance.

  • Advanced analyticalmindset with the ability tousedata, KPIs, reportinginsights, and performance trendsto make informed product decisionsand communicate recommendations to leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Team player with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

  • A commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile best practices.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools, AI agents, automation technologies, or low-code/no-code platforms to improve productivity, accelerate product discovery, enhance data quality, and deliver business value.

  • Experience translating complex business requirements into product capabilities, operational processes, reporting solutions, and clear execution plans for technical teams.

  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
