Full Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Franchise to be part of our Ecosystem product organization.

The team:

Franchise is one of the most complex areas Jobber is building right now. We are building Jobber Central and creating tailored solutions to support the unique needs of franchise and multi-unit businesses, streamlining their operations and empowering franchisors to optimize their networks at scale.

The role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited by the idea of helping franchise networks run better at every level. From the franchisor trying to manage fifty locations at once, to the franchisee who just wants to run their day without the software getting in the way.

In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution behind Jobber Central and the broader franchise program. You'll work across a genuinely complex product surface: centralized billing, brand-level reporting, network controls, multi-location management. And you'll be doing it while sitting alongside Business Development in live partnership cycles, RFP responses, and roadmap conversations with prospective franchise partners.

You'll identify where the platform falls short for franchise customers, where the tension between franchisor control and franchisee experience creates real friction, and where the biggest opportunities are to make Jobber the obvious choice when a franchise group is deciding what to run their business on.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is commercially sharp, deeply customer-curious, and comfortable operating at the intersection of product and partnership. Someone who can hold the complexity of a multi-stakeholder customer, build internal influence without formal authority, and move from a partner conversation to a prioritized roadmap without losing the thread. You should be excited to own outcomes, including the commercial ones.

As SeniorProduct Manager you will:
  • Build a deep understanding of our customers: Franchise and multi-unit groups consisting of home service businesses (such as plumbing companies, landscapers, electricians etc.) spread across industries, locations and sizes.
  • Drive complex, business-critical Franchise and multi-unit product initiatives. Define a vision, strategy, and roadmap that enables a diverse portfolio of these users.
  • Prioritize opportunities into a cohesive product roadmap that ties customer and partner needs with Jobber's business goals and competitive landscape.
  • Synthesize learnings across Franchise and multi-unit categories into common denominator product investments.
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets that span across categories.
  • Partner closely with other departments across the company (e.g. Business Development, Sales, Success, Product Marketing, and more) to launch and scale new ideas.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics across discovery, adoption, revenue, churn and engagement to track the success of your bets, stepping in when things are not tracking with business goals.
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with Franchise and multi-unit users to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs. Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

To be successful, you should have:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with evidence of shipping real things and seeing them through to long-term outcomes.
  • Direct experience participating in BD or partnership cycles as a product voice: RFP responses, roadmap conversations with prospects, or partner-facing demos with large or enterprise customers.
  • A track record of influencing roadmap decisions across teams you don't own, using customer evidence and business cases rather than authority.
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder customers where the decision-maker and the end user are different people with competing needs.
  • Comfort operating across a broad product surface rather than going deep on a single area.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in franchise, multi-unit, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with partnership or BD-adjacent product work, including RFP cycles and roadmap alignment with external partners.

Location:

We believe great collaboration is intentional, and sometimes that means coming together in person to build, brainstorm, and connect. To support this, the role is open to candidates based in one of our hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.

Compensation:

At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $145,900, a midpoint of $171,600, and a maximum salary of $197,400, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire's skills, experience, and against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual's current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.

Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind. Your professional growth matters to us, too! You'll have access to a dedicated talent development program that includes career coaching and opportunities for career development.

We believe in transparency and open conversations about compensation. If you have any questions about our approach, we're happy to discuss them throughout the hiring process!

What you can expect from Jobber:
  • A total compensation package that includes an extended health benefits package with fully paid premiums for both body and mind, matching in RRSP, TFSA or FHSA, and stock options.
  • A dedicated Talent Development team and access to coaching, learning, and leadership programs to help you grow your career, reach your goals, and unlock your full potential.
  • A unique opportunity to build, grow, and leave your impact on a $400-billion industry that has no dominant player...yet.
  • To work with a group of people who are humble, supportive, and give a sh*t about our customers.
