What We Do

Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic's Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.
What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work across multiple feature areas of Fortnite from season-to-season Battle Pass progression and engagement systems to the social overlay experience. This is a uniquely broad role that gives you the opportunity to shape several of Fortnite's most player-facing systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to define strategy, execute live operations, and drive meaningful outcomes across your portfolio.
In this role, you will
  • Drive initiatives across Battle Pass progression, seasonal engagement, and the Fortnite social gameplay systems, contributing to a cohesive player experience across feature areas
  • Partner with development teams to design, implement, and iterate on features that improve player retention, engagement, and long-term season health
  • Leverage insights from the analytics team to define measurable goals, track performance, and share updates with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support go-to-market strategies and execution for seasonal launches and major content activations
  • Partner with product leadership to translate company direction into actionable plans across your portfolio of initiatives
  • Drive alignment across teams by clearly documenting and communicating product requirements, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified understanding of goals and execution plans
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in live operations for consumer-facing products or games
  • Comfort operating as a generalist with proven success managing multiple concurrent initiatives across a broad feature portfolio
  • A passion for games and a deep understanding of player retention, engagement, and progression mechanics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn insights into actionable product decisions; SQL proficiency required
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience writing product requirement documents and presenting to senior stakeholders
