You will...- Guide the product strategy for technology solutions used by engineers, technical artists, and other developers in partnership with multiple game teams
- Collaborate with a diverse team by promoting a compelling vision and driving implementation
- Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for reporting to align team members across the organization
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through adoption
- Guide product discovery for new game team use cases, doing customer research, data analysis, and experimentation
You are/you have...- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years with a scope of influence across different teams
- Experience defining and delivering product strategy for production or content teams
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with a history of influencing senior leaders
- Experience using data and insights to inform product development, with the ability to map vision to data-driven results
Bonus if you have...- Experience working in or with central technology teams, creative content pipelines, or games industry experience
Pay Transparency - North AmericaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$122,300 - $170,700 CAD
