You will be part of the Hematology and Urinalysis Product Management team and report to the Sr. Director of Product Management is responsible for upstream marketing support and works closely with Global & Regional Marketing, Program Management, R&D, Applications, Service, Sales, and other technical teams to assess and communicate your product strategy.
The Senior Manager, Product Management, will lead product strategy and portfolio growth for Beckman Coulter’s Hematology and Urinalysis product lines. This role is responsible for shaping long-term portfolio strategy, accelerating innovation, and delivering differentiated solutions that address evolving laboratory needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned hematology and urinalysis products, from development through commercialization and growth.
- Capture and translate VOC and market insights to inform product design, roadmap priorities, and new product development, & conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, support product positioning, and drive profitable market share.
- Partner with R&D, program management, and cross-functional teams to guide product development and ensure solutions address customer needs.
- Build relationships with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers to strengthen market understanding and product positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams to support successful product launches and portfolio growth.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field, or MLS (ASCP) certification with 14+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in presenting, engaging, and debating with L1 and industry executives, ensuring the best outcome for the business.
- Leading new Product Development Products with risks and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams of R&D, global/regional marketing, regulatory, clinical, quality, and operations.
- Develop and negotiate business and/or research agreements with legal representation and financial acumen to drive complex business and financial models
- Experience with hematology products and/or product management and/or IVD-regulated environment

The salary range for this role is $170,000-$185,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan, to eligible employees.
