The Role

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
• Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and consolidation of Crimson's core admission product line into a coherent, high-performing platform.
• Shift product paradigms from mere advice generation to full accountability-building intelligent systems that track, nudge, and measure student milestone completion across multi-channel touchpoints (App, WhatsApp, Email, Voice AI).
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, global and regional leaders, and operational stakeholders to translate business goals into prioritized product roadmaps.
• Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI paradigms (LLMs, Agentic Workflows, automated Essay Review / QA, Prompt Architecture, synthetic evaluation) to 10x team efficiency and client outcomes.
• Define clear success metrics (adoption, cycle time reduction, SSM capacity uplift, CSAT) and replace superficial stats with rigorous, measurable business impact.
• Manage, coach, and level up associate and junior PMs. Establish best-in-class product discovery, PRD writing, user interview, and sprint delivery standards.
• Foster an outcome-driven culture that balances speed, engineering feasibility, UX polish, and deep empathy for non-technical users.
• Eliminate operational friction across tutor allocation, session invoicing, scheduling/calendar sync, and student progress tracking.
• Conduct regular qualitative interviews with families, strategists, and SSMs to identify unarticulated pain points and turn them into intuitive software solutions.
