Full Job Description
The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of Iru's Connect platform. In this hybrid role based in Coral Gables (Miami), you'll join a small, high-ownership group building an integrations platform (iPaaS) that powers critical workflows across essential third-party systems (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar).

Reporting directly to the VP, Product, you will initially own this powerful engine as an internal admin product, with the unique opportunity to strategically evolve, scale, and launch it into a customer-facing platform over time. This is an ideal role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of platform architecture, ecosystem integrations, and scaling early-stage systems into highly impactful user experiences.

How you will make a difference day to day:

  • Shape and refine the product vision and strategy for Iru's Connect platform, ensuring alignment with the VP, Product, long-term company growth goals, and our broader ecosystem strategy.
  • >
  • Own the roadmap for our iPaaS capabilities, enabling seamless, automated workflows across key third-party systems like Slack, MS Teams, and Google Calendar.
  • >
  • Develop and rapidly prototype product experiences, leveraging modern AI coding tools (Cusor, Claude Code, etc.) to efficiently convey solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • >
  • Dive deep into integration trends and developer/admin needs, identifying opportunities to expand Iru's ecosystem connectivity and minimize time-to-value for our customers.
  • >
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for the Connect team, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of complex platform features.
  • >
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to build highly reliable integration infrastructure that drives operational efficiency and automates manual business workflows.
  • >
  • Lead by example, inspiring a lean, cross-functional team with a high-ownership mindset, balancing technical infrastructure needs with eventual customer usability.
  • >
  • Define and assess performance metrics, tracking platform stability, integration adoption, and workflow efficiency to drive ongoing innovation.
  • >

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on platform product management, APIs, integrations, iPaaS solutions, or workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of leading high-ownership, cross-functional teams to deliver impactful platform or infrastructure improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing internal tools or admin products, with a clear understanding of how to scale them into customer-facing environments.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including experience working closely with engineering teams on complex backend architecture and third-party API integrations.
  • Experience with automating business workflows and leveraging integrations to improve overall product or operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders across Iru.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in gathering and interpreting system data, API performance, and user feedback to drive product decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term platform scalability.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams through rapid product development cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and rapid prototyping of product experiences using modern AI coding tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, particularly working on integration ecosystems, marketplace platforms, or workflow automation engines.
  • Deep familiarity with third-party API environments (e.g., Slack API, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace APIs).
  • Familiarity with data architecture, enterprise integrations, or identity/security touchpoints that impact how third-party apps securely communicate.
  • Strong track record of driving platform innovations that directly decrease customer time-to-value or internal operational bottlenecks.
