Full Job Description
About the role

MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, runs online communities to help people facing chronic conditions and rare diseases see around the next corner by bringing together medically sound information and the experience of real people. Patients find each other, ask the questions they can't ask anywhere else, and get information they can act on.

That engagement is what makes our commercial solutions valuable to our partners: pharma and agency partners. They can reach real, condition-specific communities through sponsored content, patient education, awareness programs, and custom media experiences - creating revenue that keeps the communities free for patients.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to serve as the Product Team's dedicated lead for commercial solutions. You will wake up thinking about innovative solutions that get our pharma partners and agency clients excited about the unique ways they can engage with and educate patients and caregivers. The bar is that every solution both earns its place with patients and gives our partners something they can't get anywhere else.

You will partner with a best-in-class Business Development and Sales Solutions team to turn client and market signals into solutions worth building. They bring the client lens and lead packaging with sales and B2B marketing; you bring the product craft. Together you shape what we take to market.

As new solutions launch, you'll collaborate directly with operational teams who bring them to life: Content & Editorial, Sales Ops, Acquisition and Product Marketing, and Alliance Management. You'll stay close to the performance of in-market solutions to identify opportunities to iterate and improve.

You'll join a Product Team of six and work closely with counterparts focused on user growth and engagement to find commercial opportunities in the core feature roadmap. You will work with a builder team rapidly transforming to an AI-driven product development lifecycle - from rapid prototyping in discovery to agentic coding in build.

What you'll do

Lead Zero to One Development for Community Commercial Solutions

  • Serve as the Product Team's lead for developing new commercial solutions that serve patients and sustain durable revenue.
  • Take market signals, client feedback, and business inputs and translate them into scalable product roadmap priorities. With Sales Solutions, identify opportunities where Swoop can differentiate or create commercial value.
  • Prototype concepts for client feedback to rapidly iterate toward market fit.
  • Identify where existing capabilities can be productized or configured and where net-new development is genuinely warranted - championing scalability over one-off builds.
  • Skillfully translate concepts into clear product requirements and steer them gracefully through the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and continued improvement.
  • Partner with Operations teams - from Content to Analytics - from the outset so commercial solutions can be set up, launched, and supported with ease.

Serve as the Product Team Champion for Commercial Teams

  • Serve as the Product-side partner to Sales Solutions, and advocate for roadmap investments to make solutions easier to create, package, scale, and support.
  • Rapidly scope, size, and prioritize inbound requests from Commercial teams.
  • Bring a monetization point of view into roadmap planning and develop 12-18 month priorities to grow revenue and differentiate commercial solutions.
  • Support integrated storytelling across Swoop's products and solutions.

Generate Insights, Experimentation, and Continuous Improvement

  • Stay accountable beyond launch - monitor how ss perform in market and drive ongoing optimization so they continue to deliver value as adoption, member needs, and the market evolve.
  • Convert quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insight, connecting product decisions to innovative partner solutions that also provide value to our members.
  • Use a test-and-learn approach to validate demand and refine solutions, keeping scalability as the bar for what's worth expanding.
  • Continuously improve how the Product Team approaches monetization, including thoughtful use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, modeling, and decision-making.

What Success Looks Like

  • You are developing industry-leading ways to engage with patients. That could mean AI tools that answer questions in the moment, education shaped by what our members tell us, experiences that send patients into their next appointment ready to ask for what they need, or new ways of supporting people. Each of these solutions is something that our clients want to be part of.
  • Our revenue solutions are innovative and authentic to patient communities. Every product wows our clients and serves members.
  • Solutions are built to scale, so wins compound rather than create one-off maintenance burdens.
  • Sales Solutions, Sales, and Sales Ops see Product as a true partner whose roadmap makes solutions easier to build, scale, and support.
  • Content Operations can build and program revenue products efficiently, because they were designed with development ease and repeatability in mind.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping high-impact products
  • Product judgment and the ability to work with ambiguity
  • Sufficient technical fluency to understand existing capabilities and identify when new development is likely required
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases that link product decisions to commercial outcomes and long-term scalability
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, or revenue teams and experience with monetization, pricing, packaging, or revenue-focused product work in a B2B2C model strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach to experimentation and optimization
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders without direct authority
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with developing rapid prototypes using AI tools (Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Code, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with both AI-native and traditional software development approaches is a plus
  • A passion for improving health outcomes
  • Prior experience in digital media, publishing, healthcare, agency, or pharma companies
