About the team and the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive the force behind execution to optimize the way we build and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that delight our fans, at a global scale. In this role you will lead and influence a distributed team that ensures Product & Technology teams to work directly with Business, Marketing, Customer Service teams to understand the needs and aspirations of our buyers, sellers and third party developers. The team will drive all aspects of the concept to customers for different initiatives on the road map for customer facing applications, platform services, tools, APIs, capabilities, documentation, and customer/developer support.

In this role, you will focus on improving the collectibles enthusiast experience by addressing search and discovery friction that was recently identified in the enthusiast experience pain point work. However, you will not be limited to search. You would own identifying and prioritizing the most important collectibles "focus moments" across the buying journey and drive improvements to the most painful friction points from search through purchase.

What you will accomplish:
  • Program manage cross-team, cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive architecture and integration decisions and timelines with dependency teams•
  • Collaborate with engineering managers and engineers to drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define achievements and handle resources
  • Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project collaborators
  • Engage and energize the project teams to achieve aggressive goals
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals


What you will bring:
  • 5+ Years of Product Management experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or an equivalent, MBA a nice to have
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Ability to write scripts or snippets of code preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment a plus
  • Strategically minded leader who can use data, customer research, and structured thinking to shape a clear roadmap and influence cross-functional execution.
  • The ideal candidate may come from Data Science/Analytics, UXR, or consulting/strategy, and should be able to develop compelling use cases and recommendations that connect insight to action.
  • Also, we're looking for someone that brings strong customer empathy, analytical rigor, and the ability to turn complex problems into product opportunities.


Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$133,200 - C$177,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
