Full Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Settlement Agencies depend on Qualia Clear to help improve the speed and quality of a real estate closing. They also rely on Qualia Clear to do chunks of work for them, end-to-end. Qualia Clear's curative agents do this work in production today, on real transactions.

As Product Manager for Curative, you will own this agent portfolio end to end - what the agents do next, how precisely they're specified, and whether customers actually use them. If you've built AI agents and want to put them to work at national scale, this is a good fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the curative agent portfolio end to end: roadmap, scoping, release, adoption, and iteration
  • Scope agents with deep, precise requirements for AI systems working real title workflows across all 50 states
  • Build rapid prototypes to pressure-test ideas before committing engineering time
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to break ambitious goals into small, shippable milestones that deliver value fast
  • Write tight, plain-language PRDs that frame the problem, success criteria, and context
  • Analyze deployment and utilization data rigorously; use it to sharpen priorities every release
  • Collect and analyze metrics on everything you ship - how well it works and how much it's used
  • Monitor COGs per agent run and drive them down without sacrificing accuracy
  • Report to executives on ideas, roadmap, product adoption, and agent performance
  • Work with GTM, CS, and customers directly to drive adoption of everything you ship
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building exceptional software products
  • Experience building AI agents - professionally or personally. Come ready to demo one
  • Fluent with AI tooling (Claude Code or equivalent) as a daily working method, not a curiosity
  • You get what we're trying to do - how the models work, what AI changes for an industry like this - and you can get up to speed on title quickly
  • Hungry and proactive: you find the work, you don't wait for it
  • Enterprise SaaS or ERP product experience; systems thinker who builds into complex, interconnected products
  • Analytical and metrics-driven, with a track record of defining success, instrumenting it, and acting on it
  • Exceptional written communication - tight, plain, and defensible
  • Knowledge of real estate, title, or escrow industries is a plus

While this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates. We have other physical office locations in San Francisco, California, and Concord, New Hampshire.
