Summary

Bell's AI Fabric program is a groundbreaking national initiative designed to position Canada as a global leader in Sovereign AI. By building a secure, high-performance, coast-to-coast compute fabric, Bell is creating the foundational infrastructure required to power the next generation of AI innovation while ensuring data sovereignty, resilience, and scalability at national scale.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Data Centre Product Manager to define, develop, and manage our data centre offerings. This role is responsible for translating market demand, customer requirements, and technical capabilities into commercially viable, scalable data centre products.

The successful candidate will act as the owner of product definition and value proposition, while also playing a critical role in supporting the successful execution of key customer deals-ensuring that what is sold is deliverable, aligned, and understood across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development
• Define and evolve data centre product offerings, including:
• Colocation (wholesale and retail)
• Powered shell / build-to-suit
• High-density and AI-ready solutions
• Develop product roadmaps aligned to:
• Market demand
• Capacity planning
• Infrastructure capabilities (power, cooling, land)
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities (e.g., alternative power strategies, modular builds)

Deal Support & Commercial Execution (Core Focus)
• Act as a key enabler of deal success, supporting priority customer opportunities from concept through contract execution
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to:
• Translate customer requirements into structured product solutions
• Validate technical and operational feasibility of proposed deals
• Support solutioning for complex or large-scale opportunities
• Ensure alignment between:
• Product capabilities
• Commercial commitments
• Delivery timelines and infrastructure readiness
• Identify and mitigate risks early in the deal lifecycle (capacity, power, schedule, SLAs)

Commercial & Customer Alignment
• Support development of:
• Customer proposals and solution frameworks
• Pricing and commercial models (capacity, power, SLAs)
• Ensure product positioning aligns with:
• Revenue targets
• Cost structures
• Long-term platform strategy
• Provide subject matter expertise during customer discussions as needed

Ownership of Product Definition & Contract Alignment
• Act as the owner of product clarity and understanding across the organization
• Ensure product definitions are:
• Clearly documented
• Consistent across teams
• Accurately reflected in customer contracts
• Work closely with Legal and Contract Management to ensure:
• SLAs, power commitments, and delivery assumptions are achievable
• Contracts align with actual product capabilities
• Support interpretation of customer agreements and ensure internal alignment on obligations

Cross Functional Coordination
• Work closely with:
• Engineering (design standards, feasibility)
• Construction / Delivery (build timelines, phasing)
• Operations (service delivery and uptime commitments)
• Finance (costing and capital planning)
• Ensure products and deals are:
• Technically feasible
• Operationally supportable
• Commercially viable

Power & Infrastructure Integration
• Define and align product requirements for:
• Power (grid, generation, hybrid models)
• Cooling (air, liquid, high-density deployments)
• Collaborate on strategies involving:
• Load management
• Campus-level infrastructure optimization
• Alternative energy solutions

Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor product and deal performance across:
• Sales conversion and pipeline
• Delivery timelines
• Cost and margin performance
• Capture lessons learned from executed deals to:
• Improve future product design
• Reduce delivery risk

Process & Governance
• Establish standardized product definitions and documentation
• Improve alignment between:
• Product, contracts, and execution
• Support tools and processes for:
• Product lifecycle management
• Capacity and infrastructure tracking

Critical Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in:

Data centre, infrastructure, or related technical/commercial roles

Strong understanding of:

Data centre design (power, cooling, redundancy)

Commercial structures (leases, SLAs, capacity commitments)

Experience supporting or structuring complex infrastructure or commercial deals

Proven ability to work across technical and commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in:

Colocation or hyperscale environments

Power infrastructure (utility, generation, alternative energy)

Familiarity with:

Customer contracts and deal structuring

Capacity planning and site development

Additional Requirements

Strong ability to bridge technical and commercial domains

Skilled at translating complex requirements into deliverable solutions

Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management

Commercially driven with focus on deal success and risk mitigation

Ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
