Unlike a traditional analyst role, you will hold ultimate accountability for the "Why," "What," and "When" of the product. You will lead the transition from identifying requirements to defining market-winning strategies, managing the entire product lifecycle from discovery to sunset.

A Day in the Life:

  • Act as the final decision-maker for the product backlog, balancing technical debt, maintenance, and high-value innovation to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of cloud infrastructure costs, third-party licensing, and operational overhead to optimize the SaaS platform's cost-to-serve model.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Sales, and Marketing to align product goals with company revenue targets and customer needs.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer advisory board sessions to ensure Alertus remains the industry leader in emergency notification.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Engineering, and Design leads to ensure technical feasibility meets user-centric design, overseeing the high-level SDLC process.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our product lines, representing Alertus at industry conferences and in high-stakes sales presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
