Full Job Description
As part of this once-in-a lifetime opportunity to build and make a real impact, we are looking for an accomplished, customer-obsessed and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive our online and mobile experience serving millions of customers. This role, as part of the newly formed AI and Customer Platform team will be at the helm of strategizing, developing, and enhancing the agentic AI platform.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to build an enterprise-grade AI platform from the ground up and make a lasting impact at GEICO. As a Senior Product Manager for the AI Agent Platform, you will shape the future of GEICO's AI Agent Platform - owning strategy, roadmap, and execution while collaborating across engineering, design, and domain experts from sales, service, claims, billing, and other lines of business. You will drive growth and customer satisfaction through the development of high-impact, scalable AI-powered products.

You are a builder who thrives in a scrappy, ambiguous startup environment, yet brings the depth of product experience needed to design and scale complex platforms from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.

  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, business impact, technical feasibility, and the evolving frontier of AI capabilities - making informed trade-off decisions that balance near-term delivery with long-term platform potential.

  • Drive product development by defining requirements, managing the backlog, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.

  • Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

  • Identify options and recommendations, working through trade-offs with partners to remove team impediments.

  • Manage rollout plans, segmentation, product adoption, and opportunities for promotion.

  • Partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and deliver secure, resilient, performant, and scalable solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, coupled with strong product intuition and instincts for identifying what matters most to customers and the business.

  • 5+ years in product management with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of AI agent technologies and platforms, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Builder’s mindset: demonstrated history of taking ownership from zero to one - defining product direction in ambiguous environments, making decisive trade-offs, and shipping with urgency and quality.

  • Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges, develop frameworks for evaluation, and drive clarity across cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Continuous engagement with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, including familiarity with frontier model capabilities, agent architectures, and emerging industry standards, with a track record of translating these insights into product strategy.
