What You'll Do- Own product outcomes end-to-end: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and drive execution to deliver measurable business impact.
- Build and scale GenAI-native products: Identify high-value enterprise workflow problems and develop innovative solutions from concept to launch.
- Be the voice of the customer: Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to deeply understand needs and translate insights into product direction.
- Evangelize the product vision: Clearly communicate strategy and progress to internal partners and external audiences.
- Lead cross-functional execution: Partner closely with engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver high-quality products at speed.
- Drive successful go-to-market strategies: Collaborate with GTM teams to launch products, accelerate adoption, and ensure customer success.
- Operate with data and rigor: Define success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously iterate based on insights.
What We're Looking For- Entrepreneurial attitude: Persistence and determination to ensure that your product is successful.
- Product management experience: 7+ years building and shipping customer-facing products, ideally for enterprise customers.
- Demonstrable GenAI proficiency: Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies. Experience building AI-native products is a strong plus.
- Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team of engineers across multiple engineering teams and UX designers, while collaborating with product marketing, legal, and other teams to launch new products.
- Analytical strength: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
- Communication excellence: Clear and compelling communicator who can simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Technical foundation: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, Information Systems, Physics, or an equivalent.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
