About your role:As a Senior Product Manager, Accounts Receivable Payments, you will set product strategy and lead execution for invoicing-led payment capabilities that help businesses collect payments, improve payer adoption, and increase revenue. You will partner with teams across product, engineering, risk, operations, treasury, legal, compliance, sales, marketing, and client delivery to bring secure, scalable payment solutions to market and improve outcomes for clients and payers.
What you'll do:- Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and delivery plans for Accounts Receivable payment capabilities across invoicing, payment collection, and payer experience.
- Translate market insights, client needs, and competitive findings into product requirements, minimum viable product scope, and launch plans.
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch in partnership with Product Owners and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Analyze merchant, biller, business, and payer needs across invoice presentment, payment preferences, acceptance economics, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, exception handling, and operational workflows.
- Partner with engineering, risk and fraud, operations, treasury, legal, compliance, sales, and marketing teams to deliver measurable client, customer, and business outcomes.
- Support go-to-market readiness, internal enablement, and product adoption strategies that increase client usage, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Partner with financial institution clients, Professional Services, Client Services, and Development teams to support implementation readiness, launch execution, adoption, and product improvements.
- Measure product performance using key performance indicators tied to payer adoption, invoice-to-cash conversion, operational impact, customer value, revenue growth, and profitability.

Experience you'll need to have:- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management for digital payments, B2B payments, Accounts Receivable, business invoicing, or financial technology products in an Agile delivery environment.
- 8+ years of experience working with payment capabilities such as B2B payment acceptance, invoice-based collections, merchant acquiring, card processing, Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing, virtual cards, payment networks, real-time payments, settlement, or reconciliation workflows.
- 8+ years of experience translating market opportunities, customer needs, and business goals into product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and launch plans.
- Experience using data, key performance indicators, and commercial analysis to prioritize roadmaps, evaluate trade-offs, and measure product performance.
- Experience partnering with fraud, risk, operations, legal, compliance, or treasury teams in a regulated payments environment.
Experience that would be great to have:- Experience supporting Accounts Receivable payment solutions for financial institution clients.
- Experience with invoicing-led payment experiences, invoice-to-cash workflows, and payer adoption strategies.
- Experience managing third-party partners, network dependencies, and client implementation needs.
- Experience with pricing, business case development, or monetization strategies for payment acceptance solutions.
How you'll work:- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range$136,000.00 - $225,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
