About the team and the role: eBay, Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager 1 - Technical in San Jose, CA

What you will accomplish:
Job Duties: Lead and support strategic vision, goals and roadmap for optimizing our customer experiences. Translate product strategy into clear and concise specifications, make functional and user interface design tradeoffs, handle product launches, and lead the product successes post-launch. Integrate findings from the generative research, surveys and cs feedback into our feature improvement roadmap to create user value. Partner with a variety of cross-domain teams across the organization (selling, buying, marketing, communications, payments etc.) to help shape the vision and align plans. Strengthen operations deliverables, build trust and relationships with peers and provide leadership across the division, product, and/or partner ecosystem. Actively follow up on bugs and improvement requests to ensure seamless product delivery. Handle risk, drive business results, and deliver compelling features. Analyze data and user experience to define friction points. Create a deep understanding of the different types of customers who use our fundraising products. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

  • Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Salary: $181,293.00-238,200 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Details

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
