Your RoleWe're looking for a Product Designer to join our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team and own product design for one of its core areas. P2P is the machinery that turns an approved purchase into a paid vendor: purchase orders, invoices, and payments, and the workflows that keep enterprise spend committed and accurate. You'll join an established team with a dedicated PM, a strong engineering group, and direct lines to the customers you're designing for. You'll design this surface's first AI agents: purchase orders that maintain themselves, transactions that code and reconcile themselves. Please note, we are looking for someone who will be able to come into our San Francisco office on a hybrid basis (3 days / week).
You will- Own end-to-end experiences at the core of P2P: creation and approval workflows, change management, alerts, and the dashboards enterprises run their spend on.
- Partner closely with your PM and engineers to brainstorm, define, and implement new features and offerings, from core workflows to our first agents.
- Design full transaction lifecycles, including the hard states (declines, disputes, failed payments) where user trust is won or lost.
- Shape our first agent experiences, grounded in structured procurement data: automation that users can verify and trust.
- Run your own research: get in front of customers through our SE, CS, and Sales partners, and test your work with the AP teams and requesters who live in these flows.
- Participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience designing complex B2B or workflow products; procurement, payments, or fintech experience is a plus.
- Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer.
- Experience running your own research: finding the right customers, asking the right questions, and turning what you hear into design decisions.
- Experience iterating closely with engineers on both UX and visual design to get the details just right.
- A point of view: you can defend design decisions with PMs and engineers, and change your mind when the evidence says you should.
- Curiosity about designing AI-assisted workflows; you don't need to have shipped an agent, but you should want to.
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of the technical constraints of building web applications.
Nice to haves- You build with AI tools in your own workflow, prototyping with Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, or whatever gets your ideas into something clickable fastest.
- Consumer-grade mobile experience: cardholders live on their phones, and receipts, approvals, and card use increasingly happen there.
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
