Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, plus a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA).
• 4-6 years of experience in SEC reporting, private markets fund accounting, and financial statement audits; experience with private credit funds is advantageous.
• Familiarity with development tools such as VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse global environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve financial statements and Net Asset Values, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Enhance and operate models and systems for private markets across the firm.
• Ensure timely and accurate SEC filings and regulatory reports are completed.
• Coordinate workflows with third-party partners like auditors and fund administrators.
• Serve as a product expert on assigned products, overseeing accounting and reporting processes.
• Promote collaboration with stakeholders to enhance operational outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
