Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with CPA, CA, or ACCA designation
• 4-6 years of SEC reporting and private markets fund accounting experience
• Prior experience with private credit funds is a plus
• Familiarity with development tools like VBA/SQL/Python and Excel is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with accountability and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Review and approve financial statements and NAVs from external providers
• Enhance firm's private markets models and systems
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of SEC filings and regulatory reports
• Assist third-party partners with workflow coordination and deliverables
• Become a product expert in operations, accounting, and reporting
• Promote communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive process improvements within the business unit
