Weare looking for a Senior Product Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team at Clarivate. In this highly collaborative, customer-facing role, you will lead complex pre-sales engagements to showcase the value of our IP Management solutions. You'll partner with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful demonstrations and solution recommendations.   • Represent the product consulting function in strategic customer discussions and negotiations, advocating for customer needs and organizational capabilities.

  • Mentor and guide consultants in project execution and customer interactions.

  • Support and co-lead consultative engagements.

  • Identify, develop, and share best practices, case studies, and process improvements across the global team.

  • Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.

  • Provide pro-actively advice and support to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.

  • Competitive intelligence 64 understand and be able to defend our solutions and capabilities against competitive offerings.

  • Lead the contribution to request for information and proposal(RFI/RPF) responses from a functional perspective and stimulate collaboration with all stakeholders. Co-own the executive summary of the RFx.

  • Lead and organize customer trials and proof of concepts and similar engagements.

  • Configure and setup bespoke requirements of customers in a demo environment.

  • Develop thought leadership materials and participate as an SME in marketing campaigns required to generate leads and build the top of funnel.

You will be joining a global team focused on IP Product Consulting at Clarivate. You will work alongside Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Support. With global accounts and partnerships across multiple regions, the team values curiosity, adaptability, knowledge sharing, and a strong team-first mentality.

Hours of Work

  • Full time, permanent position

  • This is a remote position in the United States, preferably in the EST time zone.

Compensation - US Only

The expected base salary for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 USD per year.This role is eligible for bonus earnings.Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
