Lead multiple complexpre-sales and solution consulting projects, overseeing product consulting activities to ensure successful outcomes.
Define and implement consulting strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in product consulting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of product solutions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to influence the direction of the product consulting function.
Document and maintainaccurate records of client interactions, requirements and feedback.
Represent the product consulting function in strategic customer discussions and negotiations, advocating for customer needs and organizational capabilities.
Mentor and guide consultants in project execution and customer interactions.
Support and co-lead consultative engagements.
Identify, develop, and share best practices, case studies, and process improvements across the global team.
Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
Provide pro-actively advice and support to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
Competitive intelligence 64 understand and be able to defend our solutions and capabilities against competitive offerings.
Lead the contribution to request for information and proposal(RFI/RPF) responses from a functional perspective and stimulate collaboration with all stakeholders. Co-own the executive summary of the RFx.
Lead and organize customer trials and proof of concepts and similar engagements.
Configure and setup bespoke requirements of customers in a demo environment.
Develop thought leadership materials and participate as an SME in marketing campaigns required to generate leads and build the top of funnel.

This is a remote position in the United States, preferably in the EST time zone.
Compensation - US Only
The expected base salary for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 USD per year.This role is eligible for bonus earnings.Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
