Consumer & Community Banking Personalization & Insights is expanding its AI-powered personalization platform to deliver more relevant, seamless, and effective customer experiences.
As a Senior Product Associate on the Personalization & Insights team, you will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders, providing end-to-end visibility into how the product portfolio is planned, built, released, and operationalized. You will help drive portfolio management and operating discipline by leading planning cycles, strengthening operating rhythms, improving transparency and communications, and advancing controls and readiness.
Job responsibilities- Define, track, and analyze Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and key business metrics to identify performance trends and opportunities.
- Synthesize portfolio dynamics and performance drivers into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop business reviews and executive-ready materials, including clear narratives and concise key messages for senior leaders.
- Partner across a highly matrixed organization to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Operationalize quarterly and continuous planning cycles, including calendars, templates, milestones, and a clear definition of ready.
- Improve transparency through dashboards, RAID tracking (risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies), and plan-versus-actual reporting.
- Strengthen operating rhythms by standardizing templates, due dates, quality checks, pre-reads, and portfolio consolidation.
- Create a consistent portfolio view of priorities, milestones, dependencies, and capacity, identifying gaps where commitments are not supported by available capacity or clear dependency plans.
- Drive disciplined risk tracking and path-to-green plans by ensuring every red or yellow item has an owner, next actions, a decision request, and a clear review date.
- Advance continuous controls improvement and readiness by partnering with the team to keep the control inventory and process maps current.
- Develop crisp leadership narratives that summarize portfolio performance against priorities, highlight key exceptions and risks, and clarify where executive support is needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience in product portfolio operations, strategy, or operations within a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and governance cadences and drive cross-team execution and follow-through.
- Experience building management reports and dashboards and defining meaningful metrics, including OKRs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), from ambiguous problem statements.
- Project or program management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-team dependencies.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into concise, decision-ready narratives.
- Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Familiarity with portfolio management practices and artifacts, including OKRs, quarterly planning, prioritization frameworks, dependency management, and capacity planning.
- Experience supporting controls and audit processes, including evidence collection, issue remediation, and status tracking.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools that improve workflow productivity, such as Claude, Copilot, or LLM Suite.
