Full Job Description
We are looking to add a Senior Producer to our Production Team. As a Senior Producer, you will Flawlessly execute INVNT's largest scale and highest profile projects consisting of multi-workstream events

You will report directly to the Director of Production. Position may be done remotely but must be comfortable going into the clients' San Francisco-based offices from time to time plus the ability to travel up to 30%. Due to client requirements, candidate must be based in San Francisco/Bay Area.

Salary is $115,000-$150,000.

What you'll do:

  • Confidently lead complex projects independently with minimal oversight
  • Act as the "go-to" resource for both internal project teams and senior client leadership
  • Understand a client's brand messaging, visual and communication objectives in order to creatively elevate their brands and build lasting trust with INVNT
  • Manage staff and workstreams at all levels and across multiple projects, simultaneously
  • Mentor and train Producers in INVNT production processes
  • Make high-stakes decisions that positively impact accounts and program scope
  • Grow current book of INVNT client business and develop legacy clients
  • Create, oversee, and be accountable for project budgets, including margin tracking, PO management, cost tracking and reconciliation
  • Flawlessly create run of shows, production schedules and contingency plans for internal production teams, vendors and senior client leadership
  • Travel to show site and provide on-site production direction to internal teams and client leadership
  • Run production crew on and off headset during load-in, rehearsals, show days and load-out as required
  • Understand industry trends and apply those trends to INVNT client productions, across all brands


Who You Are:

  • 10 - 15 years industry experience, preferably at an agency.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications, Broadcasting/Film or Marketing. If you don't have a college degree but still kick butt as an executive producer and have experience, you will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of technical production and the technologies therein.
  • Experience running large show crews on headset through complex rehearsals is required
  • Experience in leading multimillion dollar events with over 2,500+ attendees is preferred but not required
  • Global experience is preferred but not required
  • Executive Producer experience in an agency setting with Fortune 500 clients is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Keynote, Microsoft Suite and Google Suite is required.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge and use of Procim is preferred.
  • Superior communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and accounts with large scale workstreams.
  • Strong negotiating skills and technical understanding of the industry.
