Full Job Description
As a Temporary Senior Producer II, you'll lead and execute across all phases of short-form content creation-from scoping and SOW development to live-action on-set producing and post-production oversight-helping our partner brands tell compelling stories optimized for social performance.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is equal parts master producer, client partner, and creative problem-solver. You will cover a four-month parental leave, managing end-to-end production logistics, drafting detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs), hosting clients on set, and coordinating with post-production teams to ensure platform-native assets (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, digital campaigns) are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.

You'll work closely with creative leads, strategists, designers, editors, and external crews. You are comfortable interfacing directly with client teams, presenting production plans with clarity and confidence, and navigating feedback with grace.
Project Scoping, SOWs & Ownership
  • Lead SOW Creation: Draft production Scopes of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with the Production and Direction teams to ensure accurate budget, timeline, and internal staffing requirements.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead planning and post-production execution for key brand partnerships
  • Budget & Documentation: Manage project timelines, asset tracking, and budgets. Support project wrap for all internal and external productions, ensuring deliverables, final budgets, and wrap documentation are complete.
  • Internal Reporting: Provide documentation and reporting on project details, progress updates, wins, blockers, and opportunities for workflow optimization.
On-Set & Studio Producing
  • In-Studio & Field Production: Lead in-studio and location shoots as primary Producer; collaborate with production crews, directors, and partner leads to ensure smooth execution.
  • Logistics & Pre-Pro: Oversee call sheets, talent, locations, gear rentals, and production schedules for both recurring and one-off client projects.
  • Client Hosting: Manage client presence on set, ensuring client expectations are met while keeping crews operating efficiently and on schedule.
Client Communication & Project Management
  • Client Lead: Serve as a trusted, proactive point of contact across project lifecycles; maintain clear, consistent communication regarding scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Meeting Leadership: Join internal and partner-facing calls; present project plans and production schedules with confidence and clarity.
  • Feedback Management: Receive and synthesize client feedback with care and efficiency, aligning cross-functional teams to keep creative cohesive.
Post-Production Oversight & Social Fluency
  • Workflow Management: Partner with Production Team and in-house editors/designers to guide post-production schedules, review cuts, and manage final asset delivery.
  • Social Optimization: Leverage deep familiarity with short-form formats, platform-native pacing, sound design, and technical specs across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts to ensure assets are built for social performance.


Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6+ years of hands-on experience producing both small- and large-scale productions within an agency or creative studio environment.
  • SOW & Budgeting Mastery: Proven track record of drafting comprehensive SOWs, managing line-item production budgets, and scoping multi-phase campaigns.
  • On-Set Leadership: Confident managing physical video/photo shoots, logistics, external crews, and client stakeholders on set.
  • Social-First Fluency: Deep knowledge of short-form video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), creative trends, and modern digital production workflows.
  • Client Facing: Experienced in direct client management, presenting production frameworks, and navigating feedback constructively.
  • Industry Focus: Skilled or enthusiastic about creating content in design, fashion, beauty, luxury, and modern consumer spaces.
  • Location & Availability: NYC-based and fully available for the duration of the contract (mid-August through second week of December), working 3 days/week in our LES Studio (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

  • Compensation: Pro-rated to approx. $8,000/month for the 4-month contract
