About the Role: As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Supplier Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing strategic supplier partnerships to support CBRE's operational and business objectives.
This role ensures supplier performance, compliance, payments and continuous improvement while fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners including development and execution of complex sourcing and procurement strategies.
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
What You'll Do: • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers; act as escalation point for critical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contracts; implement corrective actions and lead quarterly/semi-annual reviews.
• Establish and maintain supplier governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accountability, and transparency.
• Conduct supplier segmentation and risk/value analysis to prioritize oversight and engagement efforts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supplier risks in partnership with risk and compliance teams.
• Lead supplier audits and compliance reviews; ensure adherence to CBRE policies, client requirements, and HSE standards.
• Identify and drive cost savings, efficiencies, and innovation opportunities across the supply base.
• Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, and ensure completion of required training, certifications, and compliance programs.
• Communicate policies, expectations, and updates effectively to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (procurement, legal, operations, finance) to ensure effective contract and supplier management.
• Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory, legislative, and industry requirements.
• Drive financial performance through cost optimization, TCO improvements, and monitoring supplier financial health.
• Promote innovation, sustainability, and ESG initiatives within the supplier base.
• Maintain accurate supplier data, reporting dashboards, performance insights, and audit-ready documentation.
Team & Operational Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; manage performance, hiring, training, and career development.
• Oversee daily team operations, workload planning, task assignments, and deadlines.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and playbooks aligned with organizational strategy.
• Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to execute local, regional, and global strategies.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities (renewals, expirations, terminations, extensions).
• Oversee supplier certification processes, site visits, and approval of supplier-related costs.
• Mentor stakeholders on outsourcing best practices and manage expectations across diverse teams and regions.
• Lead by example, demonstrating CBRE RISE values and influencing stakeholders.
• Solve complex operational and technical issues; continuously improve processes, standards, and methodologies.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, required.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Senior Procurement Manager is between $105,000 annually and $115,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
