About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic Purchasing team. In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement in the buying process, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support multiple facilities. If you thrive on data analysis, negotiation, and building strong supplier relationships, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Review, execute, and enter purchase orders based on MRP requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market dynamics, and category intelligence to optimize cost, quality, and service.
  • Expedite deliveries, resolve shortages, and communicate outcomes to production and management.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Manage RMAs for rejected materials and drive corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Analyze data to identify issues and implement creative, effective solutions.
  • Partner with Quality and Strategic Sourcing to drive continuous improvement and execute supplier strategies.
  • Research invoice discrepancies and resolve variances with suppliers.
  • Implement changes from ECNs/ECOs and manage transitions or end-of-life activities.
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
