Full Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking a full-time Senior Procurement Specialist to provide procurement execution and functional support across non-IT capital expenditures and corporate support areas such as Facilities, Security, and Corporate Services as part of the Infrastructure and Functional Support Procurement Team.

Work location: Remote

Key Role:
  • Perform procurement execution for non-IT capital expenditures, Facilities projects, Security needs, and additional functional support requirements.
  • Proactively collaborate with supported functional teams to understand requirements, plan procurements early, and ensure alignment throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and negotiation activities.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier communication, documentation quality, and file completeness.
  • Track and report I&FS spend trends, agreement terms, renewal timelines, and vendor performance to inform functional decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation standards, and government regulations.
  • Support catalog, pricing, or supplier onboarding activities as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 6 + years of experience in procurement or subcontracts.
  • BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant discipline required. Relevant experience can be used to substitute the degree.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Must be a US Citizen.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CAPEX procurement, facilities projects, or operational support purchases.
  • Familiarity with procurement automation tools, AI-enabled sourcing technologies, and digital workflows.
  • Experience collaborating closely with functional leaders to plan and execute requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent procurements in a fast-paced environment.
