What you27ll Do
- Partner with Engineering and Category Management Teams to support new product development and advanced engineering initiatives.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and develop sourcing recommendations thatoptimizequality, delivery performance, innovation, and total cost.
- Negotiate commercial agreements including piece price, tooling, packaging, and supplier investments.
- Participate in cross-functional program reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex supply chain and product development challenges.
- Present sourcing strategies and business recommendations to leadership teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience
OR
- Master's degree and no experience
OR
- At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
