Overview

Responsible foridentifying, analyzing, andoptimizingoperational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitoroutcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Required) 

  • Master’s degree (Preferred) 

 

Experience 

  • 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management (Required)
