Full Job Description
Overview

Responsible for working as part of the Data and Process Improvement team to fulfill leadership process improvement initiatives. This position makes use of Six Sigma tools and principles to provide data solutions and qualitative insights, supports data driven decision making, and develops innovative recommendations for senior leaders with support and guidance from their leadership team. Helps to build and maintain data solutions designed to support any aspect of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with all areas of the business with the assistance from their leadership team to provide data solutions to translate business needs into actionable innovation designed to support any aspect of the business.
  • Drive quantitative and qualitative insights, data-driven decision making, and propose recommendations to senior management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of database solutions across the enterprise, ensuring the value of implemented analyst-driven strategies using DMAIC principles and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Partner with necessary teams to create training and easily accessible documentation to drive user adoption and engagement; both for the data team as well as system end users.
  • Respond to requests from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support and help facilitate Process Improvement Kaizen events as well as assist with the development of business solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity in all deliverables.
  • Attend educational webinars, in-services, and seminars and embrace culture of constant improvement and professional development.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in every interaction.
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Required to have Bachelor's Degree in, data science, STEM, or related quantitative field. Minimum of five years of equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Required minimum two years of equivalent data analysis work experience.
  • Required previous experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, or other data visualized software.
  • Preferred previous experience in a home health or hospice setting.
  • Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
  • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
  • Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel. Ability to use complex pivot tables and functions is preferred.
  • Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
    • Enhabit does not waive this essential function by permitting duties to be performed remotely on occasion to accommodate temporary personal needs, such as appointments, or to operate in crises beyond its control, such as during a natural disaster or pandemic.
