Join Production Services as a Senior Process Engineer and lead high-impact initiatives across materials, manufacturing processes, product quality, cost savings, and supply assurance. You'll collaborate across Supply Chain, R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to solve complex problems and turn technical insights into business results. Up to 30% travel. In this role, you will: • Lead Process and Material Initiatives - Develop and execute plans for material qualifications, manufacturing trials, process changes, and production start-ups. - Ensure technical work is completed with appropriate process rigor, documentation, and change management. - Translate technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. • Solve Manufacturing and Product Challenges - Apply structured problem-solving, data analysis, and root-cause analysis to address process, material, and product-quality issues. - Design test plans, analyze results, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions. - Support rapid issue resolution to protect product availability and manufacturing performance. • Provide Technical and Project Leadership - Independently lead small- to medium-sized projects and serve as the process expert on larger initiatives. - Establish priorities, coordinate activities, and proactively remove barriers to project execution. - Communicate project status, technical risks, decisions, and next steps to key stakeholders. • Partner Across Functions and Manufacturing - Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, suppliers, and other business partners. - Influence cross-functional teams to align on technical approaches and deliver successful outcomes. - Build trusted relationships and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Drive Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing - Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. - Develop and share expertise related to materials, manufacturing processes, and equipment interfaces. - Support a collaborative, innovative, and change-ready team culture. What we look for: Skills & Abilities • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, material qualification, product quality, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including experimentation, root-cause analysis, data interpretation, and risk assessment. • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience working with enterprise systems such as JMP, PLM, ERP, or related data management tools. • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset who can lead through influence and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product development, technical services, or a related technical role, preferably within consumer products, chemicals, or a similar industry. • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving process changes, material qualifications, product launches, manufacturing improvements, or supply assurance initiatives. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Chemical Engineering is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, technical services, R&D, or operations support within a production environment. #LI-Hybrid Workplace type: Hybrid - This position will be located in our Alpharetta, GA office, and the individual will be expected to be in the office of 3 days a week.
